Meet Koda!

This sweet 1-year-old girl fractured her femur. Her owner had financial constraints and she was not able to get the critical medical care she needed. HAPI was able to provide financial support for Koda’s family. Thanks to Dr. Salazar and the ACCESS team, Koda’s fracture was surgically repaired and she is having a smooth recovery!

Meet Chooti!

Chooti, an adorable Boston Terrier, was brought to ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital when her owners noticed she wasn’t feeling well and was regurgitating her food. She was diagnosed with a condition called pyloric hyperplasia, and was in critical need of a surgical procedure called a pyloroplasty. Her owners had financial constraints, but thanks to all of you, we were able to provide funds to help Chooti get the care she needed. She is now on the road to recovery thanks to Dr. Goett, Dr. Berg, and the team at ACCESS.

Meet Sundae! 

Sundae is a sweet, 2-year-old Great Dane. Sundae suffered complications from a septic joint and needed urgent medical care. As a young, giant breed dog, it was imperative that Sundae got the care she needed to allow her to maintain mobility. Thanks to all of you, we were able to provide Sundae’s owner with the financial support she needed. 

Meet Nala!

Nala is an ADORABLE 1-year-old Sphynx cat who was brought to ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital after breaking her leg. Nala’s family was devastated that they did not have the funds to pursue the necessary treatments to repair the fractures. Thanks to Dr. Goett, the ACCESS team, and all of our amazing supporters, this sweet girl had the surgery she needed and is on the road to recovery. She will now get to spend the holidays at home with her loving family. I mean, how could you not love that face!

Meet Blue!

​​Blue is an adorable cat who has faced multiple urethral obstructions over his 5 years of life. Urethral obstruction is a life-threatening emergency and Blue required an emergency surgery called a perineal urethrostomy. Thanks to the generous support of HAPIs donors and the dedicated team at ACCESS, Blue was able to get the care he needed.

Blue is an adorable 7-year-old black cat who went to the emergency room for vomiting and a decreased appetite. Blue’s veterinarian found a foreign body in her stomach and she needed an emergency endoscopy to remove the foreign material. Foreign bodies are unfortunately a common cause for emergency visits in pets, and can be life-threatening if left untreated! Thank you to our HAPI supporters and to the team at ACCESS for helping get Blue back home to her family!

Meet Summer!

​​Summer is the cutest 1-year-old Boxer who was brought to the vet for vomiting. An x-ray was performed, which revealed an entire tennis ball in her stomach. Foreign bodies are common emergencies in veterinary medicine, and they are life-threatening if left untreated. Summer needed emergency surgery to remove the foreign object. HAPI was able to provide the necessary funds to ensure Summer received the care she needed.

Meet Sage!

This cute kitten found herself in a bit of trouble when she swallowed a foreign object. Sage was rushed to the vet when she started to vomit and stopped eating. Sage was diagnosed with an intestinal obstruction and required emergency surgery. To ensure Sage received the life-saving care she desperately needed, her family turned to HAPI for financial assistance. ​​​

Lara is a sweet 1-year-old Golden Retriever who recently face unexpected complications following her spay. She required urgent surgical intervention to repair the damaged site. Meet Artika!

This beautiful 10-month-old Husky recently faced a health scare. She wasn’t feeling well, and it turned out she had ingested a foreign object that lodged in her small intestine. Artika's family needed financial help to afford the emergency surgery she required, and thanks to your generous support, HAPI was able to step in and cover the costs. With the expert care from the team at ACCESS, Artika underwent surgery and is now recovering well and back to living her playful puppy life!

After conducting diagnostic tests, Maya’s veterinarian diagnosed her with pyometra—a life-threatening uterine infection. Maya needed emergency surgery, and thanks to your generous support, HAPI was able to provide the necessary funds for her life-saving treatment. Maya is now recovering well, thanks to the dedicated team at Advanced Veterinary Care Center and to all of you who made her recovery possible.

Roma’s family needed financial assistance, so they turned to HAPI for help—and thanks to the support provided, Roma received the life-saving surgery she needed. We’re happy to report that she’s now on the road to a speedy recovery!

Meet Pluto!

Pluto is the cutest little 7-month-old miniature dachshund puppy! His owners brought him to the vet right away when they noticed he didn’t have his usual puppy energy and had started vomiting. An inguinal hernia was discovered, which had caused entrapment of his small intestine—a medical emergency. This required emergency surgery to repair, and with the help of HAPI, Pluto was able to get the care he needed. Thanks to all of you and the amazing team at ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital, Pluto is now recovering well!

Meet Toni! 

This sweet 4-year-old cat was brought to the vet for an intestinal obstruction caused by a linear foreign body. Toni’s family was desperate to save him but couldn’t afford the emergency care he needed. That’s when HAPI stepped in. Thanks to your generous support, we were able to provide financial support for Toni’s family, and the incredible team at Advanced Veterinary Care Center performed the life-saving procedure.​ Without your help, Toni might not be here today. Meet Luna!

Luna is a sweet 14-week-old puppy who had an accident and broke her humerus. This painful injury required emergency surgery to repair her leg and give her the best chance at a full recovery. With the help of HAPI, Luna was able to get the care she needed and is already on her way to healing.

Meet Juju!

This adorable 1-year-old Basset Hound was referred to ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital after his primary veterinarian discovered a life-threatening intestinal obstruction caused by a foreign object. Juju needed emergency surgery to survive. Thanks to your generous support, HAPI was able to provide the critical financial assistance needed to give Juju a second chance at life. We’re thrilled to share that he’s made a full recovery—and his family couldn’t be happier to have him home, healthy and safe.

Meet Remington!

This sweet 4-year-old girl was rushed to the vet after she suddenly began vomiting, and her family knew something was seriously wrong. X-rays revealed a foreign object lodged in her stomach and small intestine, and she needed emergency surgery right away. Thanks to supporters like you—and the incredible team at ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital—Remington received the lifesaving care she needed. Meet Patrick!
 

In just his first year, this handsome boy has battled multiple urethral obstructions, each of which is a medical emergency. When his most recent episode didn’t respond to medical management, Patrick needed a life-saving surgery called a perineal urethrostomy.

Meet Bentley!

This lovable 8-year-old Schnoodle recently suffered an unfortunate accident and broke his femur. He needed emergency surgery to repair the broken leg—and thanks to your support, HAPI was able to step in and provide the financial help his family needed.

Today, Bentley is back home and on the road to recovery, surrounded by love. His family is beyond grateful to have their sweet boy back where he belongs.
